Car returned dirty. Not the first time
Once again my car was left dirtier on the inside than when it was dropped off. I had just detailed it-- inside and out--and had to go back and re-clean the driver side interior arm rest, center console arm rest, leather seats and steering wheel which all had black oil/grease on it. I even had to get stain remover to wash off the headliner as you enter the car. This is not the first time. I complained about this previously with my pickup trick and have sucked it up having my other cars serviced there on other occasions, but not as bad as this time. I really think it is about time you guys either started requiring mechanics to wear gloves when inside the cars and put down plastic on seats and floor boards, like they do at dealerships. If this happens one more time I will take my business ups the road to Firestone even if I am giving up free rotations having bought sets of tires from you guys. I'm over it.
