Very Satisfied Customer
From the time I stepped in the office, I was treated timely, professionally, with respect and friendly. Ever step of the process was handled well and explained thoroughly. They got me in even before they said they could. The repairs were excellent and I am very happy with the whole process. Tony, Amy and Luke all showed they really care for the customer. Customer Service
I loved the updates to let me know where in the process my car was being repaired. The inside was not clean and wipe marks could be seen. I have a cloth that does not leave behind marks and prefer that to seeing smeared marks. I did not expect it to be cleaned so an attempt to clean it was appreciated but again not expected.

They do a good job..length of time and the fact that parts still need to be put on the vehicle were my only negatives.

Good service, horrible detailing.
When I picked up my car it was still filthy from the repairs. I had to scrub the whole interior down, and still haven’t completely cleaned it all. So much white powder in all the cracks of the interior that I can’t get clean.
