Lack of cordial customer service
The people at the desk are lacking people skills and do not explain basic procedures to their customer.

They treat you as if you're a nuisance and they don’t want to answer any questions from their customer..

Thank you for your review Dian. While we do appreciate reviews. We appreciate truthful reviews a lot more. We do not believe we deserve this review as i went ahead and completely reviewed our interaction from start to finish. You were referred by one of our partner repair facilities for a wheel alignment due to a new set of rear tires being installed in your vehicle and we did just that, provided a 4 wheel alignment in order to help your vehicle drive safer and help your tires last as long as possible. However throughout the time you hung out in our waiting room never did you have any questions or attempted to get our attention. If you had any questions I or any member of our team would have gladly answered or directed you to whom could've answered your question. Unfortunately if you don't ask we wont know, we aren't mind readers.At the same time while you waited in our waiting room you decided it would be OK to start clipping your nails in our waiting room and left your nail trimmings all over our floor. Maybe next time you visit a repair facility if you have questions ask. If you dont like the service let them know in person to give them a chance to make it right, dont just leave your nail trimmings in their waiting room. Thank you.
