I brought my truck to Triz Automotive in Kent on July 4th and asked him replace the belts. He suggested that I also need to change engine oil and power steering oil, I agreed and he charged me total for over $600. I drove home after he finished the work and parked at home about 10 days for my vacation. This morning I needed to drive to the store for something, but steering wheel was very heavy. I check the engine and found out the new belts came off. I had to call towing to bring my truck to his shop, he told me belt tensioner need to replace and tried to charge me $96 more. The total I have to pay over $1000 (including towing fees) because of his careless work, and I'm so disappoint with his service.
