The best service that you would ever come across in Petersburg when I tell you from the time you called to ask about appointments to explaining what then issue is with your vehicle.When I tell you I've been all over Petersburg &Colonial Heights to find a shop that will actually diagnose my car correctly has been a nightmare when I call them I knew that I was going to get the correct answer and I did everything that I had told her that I thought was wrong they took care of it they tell you what you can do what you shouldn't do and they don't pressure you into doing something that you don't want to do they don't try to charge you these crazy prices they don't make you wait one or two weeks before they can get you in they give you the details of hey we can do this now this is going to be the time and this is what it's going to cost and they try to work with you when it comes to getting it fixed when I tell you down to front desk to the mechanics to even after service it is amazing and I'm not saying that because they're just open I'm telling you like even if you go to their shop it is the service that you want to get I walked in I was greeted I felt accepted not like I was a burden or I didn't feel like when I walked into a shop that you know you get some mechanics around this town who will give you like they know it all I didn't get that from them. they all work together like they're not against each other the cleanest shop ever and I love it like I would recommend it 10 times over &over every time and not to mentioned I was so nervous about what my car was going to sound like because I've taken my car to several other shops in Petersburg and Colonial Heights even the dealership and I've got the run around or it didn't sound right and I had to take it back and then I had to wait and then I had to take it back like money wasted but I was so excited they took their time and fixed my troubles with my car 'm definitely going back for everything and it's not far. They don't overbook themselves with promises that they can't keep like they are amazing.
