Lowlifes

Should be zero stars. This place is nothing but lowlifes. My son had an accident and the police of Des Plaines insisted that they had to use their towing service. My car did not even need to be towed. The accident happened 2 miles form this place. The car was taken early on Sunday morning and i picked it up the next day on Monday morning. The total to get my car was $582.34. The itemized list had towing charge of $125.00, Accident clear $100.00, Admin fee $95.00, Winch $75.00, labor charge $50.00, Storage $100.00, and Fuel $20.00. I called them and asked them what the winch was for and the guy said he had to use it to get the car up on to the flatbed. I replied really, you drove the car up, my son has a video. I mean he is obviously not intelligent at all, clear video with sound. Most of the charges are complete scam, now it's my turn.
