Everything went wrong.
I had scheduled an appointment on Friday for Tuesday. However whoever I spoke to put me in for Monday. And never changed it. So I call in asking to verify my time and they tell me I was in for the previous day. Then I have to wait until 1 pm instead of my 10/11 am planned time. And I get in there, and they quoted me an hour. 2 guys come in and they both leave BEFORE I'm even taken care of. Like, how? Anyway, it took TWO hours and 15 minutes for them to get mine done. Which should've been a straightforward thing as it was JUST an oil change! I ended up missing being able to take my girlfriend to her appointment on top of that because it was taking so long! I've never had an experience like this from Tri-Cities Battery before. But man, was it disappointing. The oil change was fine. But I'm kind of upset that I STILL had to pay full price for it when nothing went the way they said. But it is what it is.
