Not reliable as so called experts. I took a 2019 car into their downtown facility for a used car check. We knew it had excessive, beeded rust for its age and wanted to get their opinion on its safety condition long term. They deemed the car acceptable knowing how bad the conditions were. They were answering to the service warranty that could of fixed the issues but they lied on the rust condition. We have a pictures to prove their negligence in reporting. Don't use them.
