They used to be okay. I am not one to be a difficult customer. I set up an appointment, come in, they tell me what needs to be done, I leave my car and pick up later, and I'm satisified. My friends and family tell me I am overpaying and I know I am but I tell them I liked the convenience and the promptness of their service. Well, their service team sure proved them right!
I had a lot of things done today and their technician broke my tire pressure x
gauge after replacing my tires. I know I overpaid but I was expecting good service for the convenience. I asked about it in the morning, they told me they would call back but they just ignored me the whole day until I pushed around the end of the day. I went back the next day and all the service technicians I talked to were rude like I was being a bother to them. No way I am going back now.
Jon/John, George and this 5'10 pudgy white guy with glasses and a beard who didn't want to introduce himself because he knows he is a horrible person..avoid these rude technicians at all cost.
Lu was nice when he was selling me stuff but he goes full MIA after service. Chontelle was nice to talk to but will forget you and your concern like a pigeon.
I got my car here and have been going to them for maintenance for over 6 years. They sure lost a loyal client today.
PS. You also lost a sale because I am almost about to buy a new car and was considering getting one from you. There are better toyota dealerships nearby. Just avoid this place at all cost.
