One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENGINE OIL ONLY after 700 miles so I brought it in for oil consumption tests. First they overcharged me twice for services but thankfully I had my calls recorded and they contained to ignore my calls and texts. Then Terry refuses services for the car repairs and process to say "Keeping like this or you can take the car elsewhere for service". This was reported to the dealership manager. But then I brought it my car for the second oil consumption test and they refused to top off the oil and the service manager Erine goes on to say "I don't want to speak with him, he is just playing games" the proceeds to assault me by putting his hands on me and pushes me out the door while refusing service. Then they refuse to issue the check for the refund and stating to never come back to this dealership given I have reports them to Corporate for their 4 instances of unethical practices and negligence. Erine will be report to the police for assault and if the car engine catches on fire and myself or my family is hurt, this dealership will be held responsible.
