This was my first time using Town body shop in Stratford Connecticut. I was recommended by a family friend. I had previously had bad experiences with other auto body shops. Towne body shop gave me an excellent experience. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They even helped with the rental. I didn’t even have to return my rental. They took care of all of that.. My car came out beautiful and better than I expected. They were very good at communicating or getting back to me. They turned around my car fairly quickly. This was the best experience I ever had with an auto body shop. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anybody looking to get any type of auto repair done to their car. Very satisfied with the outcome.
