Completely disrespectful treatment
Just in "Touch of Class" auto repair approximately 4:00pm. Two gentlemen behind the counter were busy with their cell phones. My assumption was that they were maybe busy with customers. As I waited at the counter I heard chatter from one of the phones that was obviously not from a customer. The other gentleman proceeded to show his counterpart a $10.00 gym membership ad on his phone. It became obvious that I had been placed on "Ignore". I am a 79 year old black male who grew up in the deeply segregated south. I know what racism and prejudice taste like, smells like and feels like. As I turned to walk out, no one even bothered to ask if I had accidentally walked in or needed some help.

Quick Van Repair Service
We were moving from Clearwater FL to Jacksonville FL 12-20-21, and our 2001 Dodge Van's right rear caliper went out. Fortunately, a nearby Dollar General customer directed us to Touch of Class. Chris went out of his way to get the part, and have it installed PDQ because we were trying to get to Jax before dark. He turned our anxiety into relief. Deborah's very pleasant and friendly personality really helped relieve the tension. We were at their mercy to get back on the road. They could have exploited our desperate situation, and overcharged us; but they were very fair in pricing and very professional in getting the job done. They live up to their name and beyond. We will be forever grateful. Touch of Class has class as well as heart....A rare gem in today's world. THANKS, Y'ALL!

Very professional
From installing a new battery, towing and replacing an alternator the men we dealt with were professional and helpful. All treated us with respect and made sure we understood and were aware of all they did. I would recommend Touch of Class.

tech named Justin was absolutely Fantastic !!!!!!!!!!
He came out on AAA tow he was fast diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes prolly less pulls out a 40 amp fuse puts in another problem FIXED ,no need for tow! This guy knows his stuff ! my car is 1990 Celica

More than just a touch of class!
This is a first class business that I highly recommend. My car overheated on US 19 in Hudson and AAA sent Touch Of Class to my rescue. They towed my car to their beautiful shop and did the repair work rapidly, reasonably, and right! What a pleasant surprise when I went there today to pick up my car. This place should called A LOT OF CLASS!
