The day before leaving for my birthday trip the ac in my car decided to not cool. Ben was so kind, told me to bring my car in that evening and he would get it fixed and back to me as soon as he could the next day. I had my car that morning. He went above and beyond to get me on my way. I highly recommend him and his shop!!
Was not too happy at first that my car sat all day but I understand mechanic shops get busy but Benjamin Fehr was very respectful and broke it down when it came to why my compressor went out and stayed til the job was done would highly recommend Ben

Total Automotive went above and beyond in customer service by coming to my house and picking up my vehicle for service and then bringing it back when the work was complete. Way above par in my book.
Ben was extremely helpful and so was Frank. Got to talk to both and they treated me great . Both have excellent customer service and take pride in their craft. Would recommend everyone to take their vehicles to this shop. The prices were very reasonable. Easily would come back again.

2003 GMC 2500 HD 6.6L Duramax
These people really go the extra mile in . Professional Mechanics. I’ve had my ole truck two time first replace injectors , fantastic job well done, this time for power steering leak, found hoses leaking , replaced hoses and I’m back on the road. Thanks again Ben

Installed new injectors in my 2003 GMC 2500 hd a year ago couldn’t even any evidence of anyone being under hood, everything was exactly like it was except for the new injectors. Just picked up the same truck with power steering leak , Ben located leak and replaced ps lines and no more leaks . It’s running great , thanks guys.
