Simon, Chrissy and the team at Torque Automotive have taken outstanding care of my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I became familiar with them when my hybrid battery died and they came to my house to replace it with one of their new cell/recycled cases which was significantly less expensive than a factory replacement would've cost. They also diagnosed a failed transmission related to a fluid leak from a missized axle replacement by the dealer - their diagnosis it what propelled the dealer to rebuild it without charge. Since then they've been performing maintenance for me. Their location in a light industrial park helps to keep repair costs within reason - and from what I've seen, they are a go to place for those with high end cars as well. I truly appreciate their integrity.

I recently scheduled a state inspection for my vehicle at Torque Automotive. I’ve done this on many occasions and each time the inspection has been completed in a timely and professional manner. They are also my go to auto repair shop for my German cars and Chevy and Ford pickups. Scheduling has also been a breeze for each visit. Torque is a great automotive resource for all of us in the Raleigh area. I highly recommend them for your automotive inspection/repair needs.

Torque had done such a nice job on my VW that we decided to take our Ford in to do some general maintenance, even though domestics aren't there specialty. All the guys at Torque did not disappoint. Service was quick and courteous and the mechanic explained everything he did in detail.

MODULE REPLACEMENT
I had to go to the location twice and my car had to stay over night. It would have been alot easier had they offered me a loaner due to I was coming all the way from Rocky Mount, NC. and they wasn't very apologetic anyways the car finally got repaired.
