Quick Battery Reset
Had recently replaced the battery and needed a system reset. TPA was able to squeeze me in to their busy day as a walk in and quickly performed the needed service. Great and friendly service as well as staff!

Top of the line
Before I was referred to Top Performance a decade ago, I was having a lot of trouble finding a mechanic I could trust. That is no longer an issue. We bring all of our cars here, safe in the knowledge that if they say our car needs a repair or service, it does. Mike at the front desk has never steered us wrong. I have referred others to Top Performance and will continue to do so.

Great Service Experience
This was the second time I've brought my car here. I'd always used the dealer or a quick oil place for previous cars. Top Performance was friendly and reasonably priced. They inspired confidence in their work. Above all, they were in tune with my need to get back home to my dog. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to install a new battery. I will continue to bring my car here.

Helpful front desk
After an incredibly ridiculous service quote from the dealer, I called Top Performance, and was able to save hundreds + get my Jeep in quickly. Honestly, the main reason I chose this place was the helpful person, Devra, that answered my call. She was kind, empathetic, and called me with clarifying questions before finalizing my quote. Finding an honest mechanic is challenging, and I felt I could trust this place after my conversation with her! Communication + customer care is essential. Thank you!

Somethings got better and some got worse
BAD:
It appears that I now hear a rattling sound from my front wheels when driving slow (under ~5mph). I took a look at the wheels and noticed that the inner hub is now loose on my rims. I never noticed this before and was wondering if the technician had to remove my wheel to gain access to the motor mounts that were worked on and possibly just need to tighten up something that hold that together.
BAD:
I still get the weird sound slowing down to a stop coming from engine bay area. Sounds like plastic or something slapping around inside something. It doesn't happen all the time. But mentioned conditions are usually present when sound happens.
BAD:
I had a check engine light come on my dash yesterday after I stopped at stop sign and when I released my foot from brake the auto/start didn't sound like normal and light appeared on dash cluster. It sounded like the starter actually had to be used to start up engine from a stop-running engine condition. This light went away next day as I started up my truck and remained off so far. I may need to have service look at stored fault codes to see what was the issue?
GOOD:
I have noticed that there is a little bit better shift from 1 to 2 now and only jerks/lugs every once and a while.
GOOD:
I don't hear the loud squeaking sound from front end when going over speed bumps.

Found problem
We took our 2012 Chevy Equinox ltz in for oil change & diagnostic on why engine light on. We were told what the issue was, approved work, finished as promised. Ended up being less than quoted. These people are outstanding in customer service and have extremely knowledgeable techs. This is not our first visit, nor will it be our last. Thank you Adam for all of your help.
