Car Service review
Poor communication, had to show up to store to get information about my car because no one answered the phone. Staff was unhappy that I showed up without calling first. Among other things. Will never use them again.

Dropped car off without an appointment and a 2 week backlog, said was not in a hurry, knew we were busy, was able to get done within a week!?
