Tony Saves the Day
When I felt the car acting squirrelly when coming home on a rainy night after a long day at school. I thought it was a serious problem. My husband confirmed it was something to do with front wheel bearings and it was unsafe to even drive down the hill to Tony's. The next day I was able to find a tow company to get it to Tony's about 1:30 pm on a Thursday. Even though Tony's told me he was booked out with work for about an entire week, he told me he'd look at it if there came an opening. That Thursday afternoon while I was teaching class, Tony's sent a message letting me know what needed to be done to fix the wheel. I sent a verification to do the work so we could get the family car back as soon as possible. On my way home from teaching school that very same day, Tony's called and said the car was done. So Tony saves the day for me, within 4 hours he had my car fixed and ready for me to use.
I know it was providence because he had to wait on another part for the car he was presently working on, so his mechanic had time to squeeze my car in. But I felt confident in his assessment of my problems and needed repairs. I also have used his shop previously for many years and he is always upfront with you and gives you a straight forward deal.
Finding a good, reliable, honest and knowledgeable mechanic (and his shop) is as valuable as finding a good doctor that listens to you. Thank you Tony for how you work hard to serve your customers with honesty and good value.
