In April 2022 I took my car in because the paint was bubbling. The service manager took pictures and said he would be submitting a claim as it appeared to be a defect and would get back to me with a response in about 2 weeks. A month later I called for an update and was told that a manager was not in but a message was left on his voicemail and he would get back to me. I called at least 6 times and was given various excuses why no one has gotten back to me! I finally had enough of being ghosted and went to the dealership to attempt to speak to someone. Sensing my frustration they assured me these paint claims take time and that they would get back to me soon. STILL WAITING!! Is 6 months not enough time to get a response? DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM TONY HYUNDAI! They do not stand by their product. Action line here I come!
