CUSTOMER TOW CAR TO SHOP BECAUSE CAR DOES NOT START .I CHECK THE CAR AND FOUND THE CAR BROKE THE TIMING BELT ,I CALL CUSTOMER AND GIVE HER A PRICE TO FIX .SHE AGREE AND TOLD ME TO FIX THE CAR .30 MINS LATER SHE CALL ME AND TOLD ME TO STOP FIXING THE CAR .I TOLD HER THAT I HAVE TO CHARGE YOU FOR MY DIAGNOSTIC .I TOLD HER $ 300.00 BECAUSE I SPEND 3 HOURS TO FIGURE THE PROBLEM.
