Flat tire
This group of guys at tom wood express absolutely took care of me today! I had a flat tire getting off 465 to 70 . I was down to 10 lbs pressure when I hit 70. I took the airport exit & went to the gas station ! I then walked over to tom wood express to see if they could help. To my surprise the gentleman named Dan said he would look at my car. The tire was gone but the rim was riding on the sidewalls of the tire that was left. Dan said pull over to the bay and he would check everything out. The rim was ok and they took the sidewalls off the rim & went and picked up a tire to put on my car. Unbelievable service and willing to help. I honestly can’t tell you how these guys changed a terrible time into one that worked out great. I really figured I’m going to have to have my car towed to the dealership but these guys got me going back on the road in less than hour! Unbelievable service ! Wow I felt like I received a miracle today and they were a part of it. A person doesn’t expect service like this anymore but thanks to these guys at Tom Wood express a miracle did happen for me whereby they got me going in no time. Thanks a million guys.
