They go above and beyond
The manager (Vic) worked my van in IMMEDIATELY, gave me honest assessment of problem and best course of action to fix, and cost was even less than I expected… usually that is enough to make me satisfied. However, this service center has something most places don’t, superlative sense of going above and beyond (i was stranded, needed to use a phone and needed transportation home, and Vic arranged it and got me where I needed)
