Poor communication from office staff
I was not given a call back after leaving my car a whole day and a half. I would have appreciated better communication about when the car would be ready for pick-up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for not keeping you informed about the status of your vehicle- clear and timely communication is something we strive for, and it's clear we fell short in your case.
