When they could not use the oil filter I brought myself (i got the wrong part # on my own), they used their own that fit and unfortunately ended up losing my filter so I could not return it. I was telling them its no big deal and not to worry, but they insisted on reimbursing me fully on the oil filter.
Have been there twice since moving to Florida, once for a starter (which came in under the estimated cost because they finished quicker than expected - they earned all my respect that day) and now for an oil change.
I will never go anywhere else for mechanic needs, and so happy to have found a trustworthy respectful shop that does not ever try to get an extra dollar from you. Amazing find!
