We expected to have to make an appointment when a headlamp went out. We dropped by expecting to do that or get a referral to elsewhere. But it turned out they could replace it right then! That might not always be the case, but I appreciate their being able to do that when they had a free moment.

Thanks Norm, and thanks especially for realizing it may not always be possible. We do everything by appointment so we can balance and distribute our workload reliably, but when we can get someone in for a quick fix we certainly will!
