Excellent customer service
Having issues with rubbing and squeaking on passenger rear side- suspected possible brake issue and Tom Dwyer was able to get me in for inspection within 24 hours of calling. After inspection Jared called to let me know it was a caliper issue and it was causing the noise- recommend replacing brakes, calipers and doing
Rotors. I talked with Jared and discussed that this had been done approximately 2 years ago at their location and after reviewing previous maintenance records Jared did see that this had been done and even though things were just a few days outside warranty he honored the warranty and I was not charged for parts or labor- very impressed with the customer service and honesty.

It's our pleasure Mary.  Everything we do is covered by a 24-month, 24,000-mile Warranty, and we'll even stretch it a little if we can.  There's just no way we could look a client in the eye and say "you're 3 days or 100 miles over so you're out of luck"!  That Warranty is there to protect you, and it's our job to make sure you can rely on it.
