Thank you Anonymous! You hit on exactly why we try so hard to build a trusting mechanic/client relationship. We often have to deliver expensive bad news, but our clients should never have to wonder if they "really need it" or not. If we've demonstrated over years that we don't sell things you don't need, then when those big bills hit (and they will!) your only questions will be about your own budget and vehicle priorities.
