Timely and helpful
The review title says a lot about the service department. Everyone is kind snd helpful. My car is always washed and runs so much better after the service. I like that someone goes over the detail sheet with me. Diane the receptionist is always so kind and accommodating. I will keep having my car serviced here.

Customer Service!
When I had an oil change, there was confusion over a recall piece's availability. Diane's response to my mediocre rating was an immediate phone call, with promise of making things right for me as I have a 65 mile drive to Grand Island. Diane's attention to this matter was amazing!! Thank you.

Very kind staff and they can go out of their way to help
They are a small place to get service for your vehicle, therefore not somewhere to go to if you need your vehicle back quickly or in need of their loaner car.

Excellent service.
Employees are always cheerful friendly and courteous. Waiting is always comfortable, if we need a loaner we usually get one if available. car is always returned clean. Dianne almost makes waiting fun.

Worth the Drive!
Even though I live in Kearney and it is a bit of a drive, I always feel welcome there and it feels really nice to not be afraid of the service folks. They are always so welcoming and remember who I am as well as my son who ended up with my 2014 Hyundai. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.
