We have had problems finding a mechanic knowledgeable enough to actually diagnose our 2011 town and country. When I was told what “it could have been” I called two other locations who had nothing but attitude or “we can’t get to that until the end of April”. And this isn’t a 300-400$ repair. Todd’s put 1800$ worth of work into our vehicle that we literally just drove off a used lot not long ago, and has been in and out of multiple locations since purchasing. I called Todd’s and said “my kids are on spring break this is the only time I can make it to work AND not have to stress about getting the kids to school.” Immediate response was “OH THATS TOTALLY OKAY! We absolutely can get it in and diagnosed right away come on by and drop it off!” And let me tell you the staff had that done and out of the shop in 2 days 👏🏼 all business with you has been clean cut, efficient and so far the best price for the work done.
