Exceptional service quality and professionalism at Todd's Automotive!
I took my 2018 Subaru Forester to Todd's Automotive because they are registered with my CarMax MaxCare warranty. My main point of contact was Glen Burnett. Glen was super helpful and did everything he could to get all the required repairs and parts approved and covered by CarMax (apparently CarMax can be really particular about what gets covered by Glen spent 3+ hours on the phone with them working to get it all approved). Glen was called multiple times to keep me updated on the progress of the repairs and got everything fixed up in great time (consider he had to order parts and perform additional repairs). Glen also noted another necessary repair covered by a Subaru extension warranty and recommended that I contact a local Subaru dealer to get the repair done. He gave me all the information I needed to get that repair covered in full by the Subaru warranty. Overall - very happy and impressed with the quality of service and professionalism at Todd's Automotive! Thanks Glen!
