Went to get a simple oil change at tires plus. Got in my car. Noticed my windows were dirty so I decided to use the windshield washer fluid to clean them. None came out. Looked at my paperwork noticed that they marked that it was filled. Went back in and explained that there’s no windshield Washer fluid in my car, but it was marked off on my paperwork. The technician came out and said I remember feeling it I don’t know what happened to it. I looked in the thing it was completely empty. I also explained to him that it didn’t just evaporate. And it didn’t leak out because there was no puddle underneath my car. He says well I can fill it now.Went back in and talked to the guy behind the counter and questioned whether anything was actually done and checked,He said that there’s no way to know if everything was properly checked. I explained to him that I was very confused because why is there a checklist if you can’t prove that it was done. Asked to speak to a manager, he said there’s no manager there and there’s nothing that they can do
