Vérifié ClientHello Mr. Silver. I'm sorry we could not repair your tire. As you have already mentioned, there was a bubble on the wall and a puncture right above it. In this case the tire cannot be repaired and must be replaced as we recommended but you did not want to wait for a tire of the size you needed to come from the warehouse. In addition, the sidewall had further damage as you had been riding with low air pressure. The plug we did on your tire was right in the middle of the tread it it stopped the leak at that point. You had multiple leak points in you tire. In regards to the $33 return, a refund was issued the moment we realized your tire couln't be repaired. We provided you a refund slip and you also signed a refund slip for our records. Unfortunately banks can take a couple of days to process it so it is out of our hands, but if you keep checking into your account your refund will show.
