Michael said he is totally frustrated because the person who was working on his daughter's vehicle stole $400 and an iPod from her glove compartment. He said his daughter thought it was okay to leave it in there because she didn't think they would search around her vehicle. He has talked to the manager, who has denied any wrong doing. He said he had to file a police report against them. He would not recommend this business for the above reason.

I want to start off by saying that I needed the wheel lock in order to fix the brakes and replace the tires. I called Michael Porras to ask where the lock is. He told me that It has to be in the car somewhere and authorized me to search inside the car. I was never warned that there would be valuables. We searched the car, and saw a big mess of things which made it very difficult to find ANYTHING in the car, it had items like laundry, dirty plates, forks, all kinds of papers, clothing, and I gave up the search. I called them again, he then called his daughter and asked where the lock is and they too were unsure of where the lock can be found. He then called back and said, It has to be in the car somewhere. We then found the lock inside an envelope. I called him the next day to clarify the accusation and he decided not to show up. I have been in business for over 20 years and have never been accused of such a thing. I wouldnt want to ruin my reputation as a business for any such valuables. At first, I was accused of stealing $350, then it was increased to $380, and now it is $400. This leads me to a conculsion that she is unsure of the fact that she even had money in the glove compartment. As a responsible driver, she should have known where the lock is in cae of emergency situations. She was always unsure of where things were and what she exactly had in the car. Especially due to the fact that her car was very unorganized.

She was slightly dissatisfied that the business did not inform her that the necessary parts were not in stock and they would have to be ordered, which delayed her vehicle by about 2 hours. This business was supposed to contact her in enough time that she could walk to the business to pick up the vehicle, but she did not receive a call from them. She said she loves this business and she would definitely recommend them.
