Oil change nightmare.
We have used tire mart for years and 4 different vehicles. I am sad to say today was a bad oil change day!

I found a nail in my Honda civic and I figured it was time for an oil change. I waited for my car and was excited to have a task completed! When I got in my car to leave, my car wouldn’t move. I walked back in and explained. Come to find out my transmission fluid was drained from my Honda and my oil was over filled. Honda’s require specific transmission fluid, as I explained this. They replaced the transmission fluid. Now I will take my car to Honda dealership to make sure there is no future damage to the transmission. When asked how this happened, “ the plugs are very close.”

Oil change nightmare
Been taking our vehicles their since we moved here in 2013- recommended by a friend. Went to pick up car after work- started her up- alarm sensor- low oil pressure. Jimmy was pissed that this was happening at closing time( threw keys, slammed door)- basically, he said “I don’t know what to tell you”. Had to have car towed to dealer in G’ville- Tiremart broke off the oil pressure regulator used wrong filter and unsure about oil used. Roughly $1500 later, I’m back on the road again.

Hire a Tech with experience!!!!
I brought my vehicle in for an routine oil change and new tire. I had to show the so called tech they had how to remove the shroud covering the oil pan and how to replace it. They returned the vehicle with the valve stem cover missing on the newly replaced tire and now my car is smoking upon start up. Who is to say they even used the correct oil in the vehicle. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICING !!!
