The workmanship is always excellent at Tire King. Also, the customer service is very good: Text, phone calls to infor about my car's issues and costs for repairing and offering options. So, a ration of 7 is for on the cost side for repairing.
The only downside is the cost of repair. I thought, a non-mechanic point of view, that repairs are pricey.
