I had the misfortune of ruining a tire by driving over a small piece of steel that had dropped from another vehicle. This damaged both the expensive OEM alloy wheel, and rendered the tire worthless. I ordered a refurbished wheel on line and arrived at Tire Country with it and the old wheel and tire on Thursday. I ordered the new tire, left the old wheel to be salvaged, and was told my new tire should arrive at 10AM Friday. I arrived at Tire Country at 9:30 AM Friday to find the new tire on the new wheel, and the TPMS sensor removed and reinstalled from the damaged wheel to the new wheel. The wheel was spin balanced, the center cap installed, and after paying for the service I left before 10 AM. I can not see how anyone could have better anticipated my needs with greater speed and efficiency. I have used the Tire Country store before, and I will continue to ih the future.
