My vehicle was kept for three days without any update, and I later learned there was no mechanic available—something that was never communicated to me. When I called to check on the status, I was rudely told I needed to wait for a call instead of being given basic information.
When Dave (or David) finally called with a price, he could not explain why the cost was so high. His response was simply, “Because that’s what I’m telling you,” followed by a long, exaggerated sigh, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I calmly asked again for a clear explanation, none was provided.
Trust and communication are essential when it comes to vehicle repairs, and unfortunately both were lacking here. I’m not sure I’ll feel comfortable returning in the future. Dave/David would benefit greatly from improving his communication and customer service skills
