went in for a car overheating and was told all test would be run on it and they would fix the problem . $1500 dollars later proven still exist . The supposed owner would not let me get a word in , when explaining car has never left parking lot . Was told another $2000 would be needed to fix the problem . If a proper test was run like we were informed it was then it should have been fixed with the first $1500 . This "owner" is a joke after informing him he might need to figure out how to run a business and we would be towing our car to a real mechanic, he started to curse me under his breath . Also told him word of mouth and social media can ruin a business, he laughed and said yeah thats what they said but he's still here . Just shows how this "owner" runs his business . He was pretty racist as well yelling we "live in jails" not sure why or what the comment was intended to mean or suggest . Guessing due to my son and I having tattoos and being mexican it was suppose to angry or harm us . This buisness is clearly ran by a piss poor leader and shows what a company Tilden is by employing such garbage to be the face of their company . Not sure how Tilden has been in business for 97 years , with leaders like this running shops . Will never come close to this place and suggest all others run .
