Great Service
Always a good experience with Thompsons. They did the work when they said they would, the Service Manager was great to deal with and there were no surprises. I always recommend Thompsons Auto Repair for automotive service and repairs.

Prompt service and response times
Made a request to order tires. Had a call back the next day to schedule the appointment. They worked with me in regards to my busy schedule and made sure to have everything done my requested pick up time.

I've taken my car to another local shop in the past for tires and oil changes. Had appointments and waited 2-3 days to get my car back with no communication to let me know of the delay. I've also had oil change appointments at my dealership and still waited 4 hours. The timely response and service at Thompson Auto Repair is so appreciated!!

Thompson Auto Repair Never Fails to Exceed Expectations
Do yourselves a favor and visit Thompson Auto Repair. They always exceed expectations and fitted me in on short notice. Their shop is 30 minutes away, but I happily drive there and bypass other shops I have used in the past. The staff is friendly and greets you by name, and they stand behind their work. I once had front wheel bearings replaced on a car with over 200k miles, and the labor to do the work was easily twice what was quoted, but the owner stood by the quote even after I offered to pay more. He showed me a video of what they had to do. They earned my respect and business after that and have continued to exceed expectations. Five stars is not enough for Thompson Auto Repair.
