I dealt with Chris and Adam who were both amazing to work with. Diagnosed my car’s issue and provided a solution as well as a temp solution until I’m ready to replace the part needed. Also Adam has great dad jokes!
My Granddaughter, who lives in PA, had a transmission issue with her 2015 Infinity. She took it to a dealer in PA and left the dealer in tears with their prognosis. I advised her to calm down, and have her car towed to The Service Center, who does all of the work on my car.
As expected, Mr Chris and his crew, business partners, and dealer contacts diagnosed, replaced, and repaired her car in a timely manner. They also saved her in excess of $1000.00 of the dealers quoted price. I have said it once, I’ve said it again, and I say now, The Service Center is the best. Informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They are today, and will continue to be my go to place for all auto repairs. Definitely five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Poor communications. Lost? one lug nut and replaced with obvious defective used one. (Different color). Bent the hell out of a small bracket that guides the parking brake cable between brake shoes. Did not properly reinstall clip to hold brake line. Parking brake not properly adjusted. Main replacement part not OEM from Toyota as I was led to believe. Old bearing (I asked for the old parts) was ripped/torn out, not pressed out. Probably when the bracket mentioned was mangled. I corrected all the issues I could on my own. $350 for non-specified parts. (Largest $ ammount for parts). $44 for a quart of gear oil that costs arround $16. I realize everyone needs to make a profit but, come on. I did/would not return because, what else might happen?

Outstanding & Friendly Service
Traveling in a 28' Class C RV. Needed an Oil Change and called almost everywhere, either they don't do RVs, or weren't available for 3 weeks. Finally found "The Service Center" on Saturday, not only do they do RVs but were available on Monday! They were very quick and friendly with VERY reasonable prices. They have my highest recommendation. Thank You!!
When I needed an emergency repair, they quickly scheduled my vehicle for service. Analyzed the problem quickly, called to confirm that they should move ahead with the repair, and my car was ready by the end of the day. Quick, thorough and trustworthy.
Once again Chris ,Adam and the guys did a great job! Got the few issues I had taken care of and in a timely manner! The Service Center is the ONLY place I will go for any service my truck or wife’s car needs.
And I always recommend them! You need work done…these are the guys you can trust!! Thanks Chris and company!!!

Great, friendly atmosphere. Waited in waiting area. All customers were happy with them. They were knowledgeable and extremely fair with everyone. Plus cheapest oil change I've ever got!
