Very professional and extremely kind !
I feel like God puts people in your life for a reason. I went to get in my car for a 2:00 appointment - the car wouldn't start. Needed to have it towed. Had no idea "where" to take it. My insurance would pay for it to be towed - but where? The young man that came to tow my car in (and by the way, he was super nice as well), suggested I take it to The Repair Shop.....he said "those people will treat you right" so they took it there. I am SO thankful they did. Mr. Thacker and his wife could not have been any nicer to me. I hope I won't need a car repair any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely go to The Repair Shop !
