Will Break it and Not Fix It
I had a class II hitch installed and the install was poorly done damaging my hatch. My vehicle came back with missing parts, broken wheel cover in the hatch and several missing screws and parts out of place due to lack of care installing the hitch. I hate to think of what they have done installing the hitch to my frame. They also sold me a stained and used recovery strap. I had to take vehicle to dealership and have it repaired when the Overland Garage denied they did the damage. Talking with the dealership, we came to the conclusion that there was no doubt that the Overland Truck Garage did the damage when installing my hitch. Repairs were expensive and I could have spent that money on chemo instead.
