Words can't express how grateful I am to Paul. I found him on Google after deciding not to take my 2018 Wrangler back to Reedman Toll Springfield due to their incompetence with fixing my brakes and stopping the squealing. Come to find out, my brake pads were cracked which caused damage to my rotors (this came two months after I took my car to Reedman Toll and they gave me new brakes, only for me to take it back and they diagnosed cracked pads and *claimed* they replaced them with new ones). Paul replaced all 4 of my brakes and rotors for a fraction of what Reedman Toll would have charged me. Paul was professional and kept me abreast of what was happening during the 2 days my car was in his possession (it took time to locate the correct brake/rotor size and quality parts). He and Ted were diligent and provided quality service. Reedman Toll will NEVER lay a finger on my Jeep again!
