Not satisfied with work
Not happy with work completed. Issues still remain, cab now leaks, didn't before. Service specialist belittled me. Incomplete work on bumper, reese hitch questionable, missing hitch cover. Two thumbs down. Will address with insurance company

Incredible Service!
The front desk staff were very polite, attentive, and friendly! The work that was done on my car's front bumper, head l justight, and side mirror looked brand new. I was kept informed throughout each stage of the process including parts, service, and insurance claim adjustments. I would highly recommend Shults Accident Repair Center to anyone!

2024 Corvette Stingray Convertible
While at the gas station, a woman backed up in her pickup truck without seeing my new Corvette. While I yelled to stop her, she did scrape the bumper and it needed to be removed to be repainted. The Accident Repair Center did a truly outstanding job, and it looks as it did before the accident. I recommend this firm highly, and would definitely call on them again if needed. They are professional in very way.

I was kept well-informed throughout the process, while adjustments were made with my insurer, Geico.
The car looks great! You would never know that a panel had been replaced.

All was well everyone was nice. My car was gone for a few weeks and I got it back and the door panel is still loose, I can’t roll down my passenger window, and I can’t adjust my mirrors anymore

Excellent Customer Service and Care
This was my first experience needing accident repair work and The Accident Repair Center did a great job taking care of my needs. They have a great relationship with Erie Insurance, so I didn’t end up needing to pay for my rental even though part-availability pushed my finish date out past the 45-day rental limit on my policy. Joseph has excellent customer service skills. I’ve never felt more respected and cared for on a business phone call before now. Thank you!

The comfort of knowing you will be 100% satisfied!
This is the 2nd time we have had to have one of our vehicles repaired. This time is was our Honda Odyssey! You definitely want to take your NICE vehicles to someone you trust and know the job will be done like brand new! They call us and keep us informed of progress or delays. They are all courteous and helpful whomever you speak to. Their work is FANTASTIC and back to 100% new! Thanks so much! We appreciate you all!

Horrible will never go back or recommend!
They all need a training on what customer service should be, they are completely unprofessional and I forgot they left my belongings out on their curb and when I went back to get them they had no idea where they were. Never tried to contact me to come get them, nothing. I could go on and on about the problems while they had my vehicle for 3 months. I was making payments to them then they told me about their financing partners the month I had to turn my car in to the leasing company after it sat on their lot for 3 months. They couldn't even give me an actual receipt that stated what I paid for evertime.i made a payment which I needed for court to get reimbursed from the person who broke my windshield!

very nice and friendly people, however when i brought my car in to get the initial claim i was told i had to bring it to another shop to get the alignment looked at, after driving to my normal mechanic i learned this was not true and that it’s their job to do that at the accident repair center. i also think you should be more transparent when the cars are dropped off as to how long the process will take. it was very frustrating waiting nearly a month and just hearing that they’re waiting for more parts over and over again. i understand that everything is in back order and that it’s out of your control but i’d just recommend telling people how long it’ll truly take in the beginning. overall the workers seemed very nice and professional but there’s room for improvement.

Not prepared for car waited two months to get in not all parts ordered before appointment never looked under hood to see damage only took pictures of all four corners of car took 14 days after car dropped if to get parts . Update only came after I would call on Monday's every Monday for a month. Finally I was told its done but it wasn’t it wasn’t buffed to match tape lines on door not cleaned I would not except the car not happy.
