Excellent “out of the box” vehicle diagnosis and repair!
James at Texas Auto Care is truly an auto repair detective! My Sonata has been to one “big box” automotive repair center more than once and to a local dealership to attempt to find and repair a problematic vibration. Both of the other places claimed they could not find the problem and left it at that.
James investigated further (he even had pictures of the inside of my car’s engine compartment to explain his solution to me) and on his own at no extra charge took my car to another shop for another opinion.
My car no longer vibrates! And the solution was apparently simple. No one else has apparently looked for it or thought of it.
If you want diagnosis and repairs that are not based solely on reading codes or following a “protocol”, I highly recommend Texas Auto Care!
