Brake replacement and service
We have had excellent results since we were referred to Terry's Automotive a few years ago. This is because of the upfront honest people there who care about customers and their needs, and not meeting quotas and getting customers out the door ASAP. Kurt and John will tell you what is needed, the cost and time required and when it is convenient for the customer. They don't try to upsell and they realize that times can be hard for people. These men are the two I normally deal with but I've never had a bad experience here. Word of mouth is by far the most powerful recommendation and I will gladly tell others about my experience here.
Terry's Automotive is highly recommended and we will return.

Tow and repair
My son‘s car had an issue and he was stranded on the side of the road. Terry’s did a quick tow and was able to get him repaired on the same day.

Continual reliable service.
I’ve been a customer of Terry's for nearly four years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their service is consistently top-notch, with friendly, down-to-earth, family-oriented staff who genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but that’s exactly what I’ve found here.

I rely on them for all my car repair needs, and they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s routine maintenance or more extensive repairs, they always go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is in great shape. Their honesty and professionalism have earned my complete trust, which is hard to find in springfield.

On a personal note, a few years ago, the owner saved my fiancé’s life after she was driven off the road in a car crash. Dozens of cars passed by after seeing what happened, but terry stopped without thinking twice to make sure she was okay. That act of kindness and heroism is something I’ll never forget and speaks volumes about the type of people they are. I've been giving them my business ever since and probably will for the rest of my life. Even after moving an hour out of town, they are still the only people we truly trust to help us with any vehicle service. They are just truly just good people that do good business.
