Second Time With Issues
I’ve had issues both times bringing my vehicle here. The first, my car washer scratched when going through the wash. It had to be repainted. While it was being repainted, we were given a rental car from Greenleaf. The car provided didn’t fit our needs. We have a palisade that seats 7 due to the size of our family. The car given by greenleaf had 5 seats. The dealer said there was nothing they could do about this.

The second time I brought our vehicle in for a paint recall, I let them know the hood as well as the rear passenger door needed to be painted. This was noted on the paperwork by the service advisor. They had my car for over two weeks. When notified the car was ready, the rear passenger door had not been painted. Resulting in us having to bring the car back and wait another week.

I’ve also had issues with an oil issue that was covered under warranty that I attempted to handle with Hyundai in Hemet which had its own set of issues.

I don’t know what to think other than I won’t be purchasing another Hyundai.

The service team was friendly and apologetic, but the consistent issues are enough for me to not bring my vehicle in and just handle repairs myself or go to a private shop.
