Truck Stolen off lot. Cameras Conveniently Broken.
Shady Place Beware! I took my truck here to get my door locks fixed, I asked 3 different workers if my truck could be parked inside during the night so it doesn't get broken into. They all said no problem "we fill the bays each night with priority vehicles".

The next day I get a call around 11:00 from one of the workers asking me what the color of my truck is, and them saying they CAN'T FIND IT! Turns out my truck got stolen off the lot.

I go to the telle in Fenton and file a police report. When I asked the manager about cameras on the lot, he said they were all broken.

Just take your vehicles else where! The people here will lie to your face, If they can't do something as simple as pulling a truck into a bay. Do you really trust them to fix your vehicles.

Always a good experience.
As always, I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it and my car was ready as promised. The problem was fixed and I am happy. They did a complete inspection of my car and found really dirty transmission fluid. I am pass due on this. They gave me a price and I will have it done in a couple of weeks. Jason also spent about ten minutes with me explaining the transmission issue with my vehicle. I appreciate this kind of customer service.

As promised.
The final price was the same as the phone quote. My truck was ready to go at the end of the day, as promised. I trust these guys. They have my interest in mind and don't try to run up the cost like some other shops.

Questionable experience - some services recommended weren't found nessacary upon a second shops inspection.
I got a second opinion on my car and I was recommended several things that weren't needed at telles. I know there's always a possibility one mechanic may not see something another might. But the separate mechanic felt a lot of the recommended were completely unnessacary which I find disturbing. Up until now I've had a great opinion of this shop but this experience makes me feel otherwise.

Hello Mr. P, thank you for taking my call today! As we discussed, I know that you have been a faithful customer for a long time and we do not ever take that for granted. Our ASE Master certified technicians are required to take pictures of those recommended items if they are in position to take a decent picture to "show & tell". In this past case, I was able to review the recommendation which showed a good picture of the failing part. As you indicated and also discussed that different technicians may see different things and totally understand where you could have thought the recommendation was invalid. This is one of the main reasons we prefer to show these pictures as much as possible to give our valued customer another layer of transparency. Thank you again taking my call and understanding with allowing me to explain our processes to you. We genuinely thank you for bringing car to us and look forward to seeing you in the future!

Great service!
Prompt professional and very competitively priced. This was my first experience with Telle but definitely won’t be my last . Already planning my next oil change here and have Eric pricing new tires for my other vehicle Great to find a shop that provides this level of service at such reasonable prices.

Great Experience
This was my second experience with Telle Tire in Fenton and both have been great. I had not found a local repair shop that I was comfortable with since my move to Fenton. They have my business! I appreciated the care I was given. Eric treated me very well and it is nice to feel like I have found a place I can trust.
