2010 Jeep Wrangler needed undercarriage work
Tech auto service was recommended by Car Shield. The work they had to put into my Jeep was substantial. Maurice was very patient and informative about the work. I have had a few claims through Car Shield and every other Mechanic I used was very discouraged and unappreciative of my business because of dealing with Car Shield.
I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the mechanics.

I made an appointment for an oil change, received a friendly greeting, comfortable seating, water bottles and coffee maker available. All fluids, brakes, tires, etc. were checked. 45 mins., reasonable price. I have already highly recommended them to friends.

Felt very cared for
I’m in Woburn on a temporary work assignment from out of town and needed regular service close to 50k miles on my vehicle. Jim took excellent care of me and was very flexible with scheduling (compared with dealership who wanted to schedule a month out). Reasonable prices for labor and excellent work as far as I can tell. If I’m still here when it’s time for my next service I will definitely come back.
