My Ford F-150 turned 26 years old and the Ford Dealer refused to service a vehicle that old. I had a ‘check engine” light that indicated a lean condition. Tech-Age properly diagnosed the problem by locating two vacuum leaks, one from the EGR valve and another from some cracked/failing vacuum lines. Their technician used a propane emitter to locate the source of each vacuum leak which is more advanced method of diagnosis than most shops. They replaced the faulty parts, reset the fault codes and my truck is now running normally. Much better than many shops which seem to fire the “parts cannon” at any failure of your vehicle. The before and after long term fuel trims confirmed a successful repair. Michael the Service Writer carefully helped me process my truck through their repair process. I recommend Tech-Age.
Once again, Walter and the amazing team at TechAge Automotive in Thousand Palms have gone above and beyond. I brought in my late-model Infiniti for service, and as always, they handled everything with professionalism, speed, and attention to detail. A new fuel pump, fresh shocks, and while I don’t drive that car very often, so far everything seems to be working out great. Their knowledge, honesty, and top-tier customer service are second to none. Butch said he spent $20,000 and they didn't fix his vehicle but he doesn't blame them, the manufacturer of the vehicle couldn't fix it either. They were very good, very friendly and his son, who recommended them to him, will be in for an appointment soon.

Great Experience!
Working on classic cars is difficult and a highly specialized technique. Mike and his team have been working on my classic since 2013. Here we are in 2025, I still wouldn't dream of switching shops. I now bring several contemporary vehicles, Jeep GC, Mercedes, and Corvettes for service at Tech Age & have never been disappointed... Give them a try!
