Poor sales, service, repairs, and alleged warranty
My wife went in a bought a used 2020 Hyundai elentra. At first we thought we were getting a good deal for a car that they alleged they were dropping from 16k to 11k. Come to find out they added 5k in warranties that wouldn't work. After a few weeks we started having issues with the car. My wife tried backing up and the front tires locked up. Then tried driving the vehicle and the car stalled and took several minutes to go. Took the car into team hyundai to look at. Team hyundai stated the car had damage from rodents. The car is parked in a driveway where there is no farm or had any issues with prior vehicles to rodent damage. Team hyundai stated the vehicle would not be covered under the warranties that we paid 5k for and after a $500 quote they called back and said there was additional $500 in rodent damage. After fixing the car and having another mechanic look at the vehicle we found out the cars tires are horrible. We were told that the dealer should not have sold us that vehicle with the tire condition alone. Im very disappointed with every aspect of Team hyundai and won't ever recommend them to any family or friends. Horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
